Th eservice we have received has been exemplary. All communication has been clear and timely and any queries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The arrangements for travel and accommodation in Japan were excellent.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The pre-booked tickets for trains were all exactly as planned and all tickets were waiting for us at our first hotel. The private car to and from the airport was prompt, clean and comfortable and saved trying to arrange taxis or public transport after a long flight

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
The two guided days we had were invaluable. Both allowed us to see so much more than we would have managed on our own, especially the one in Tokyo on our first day. Both Ed in Tokyo and Mike in Kyoto helped us enormously to navigate the respective cities which allowed us to feel comfortable about exploring on our own on subsequent days

While I am sure I could arrange a trip myself for less, I feel that the InsideJapan provided such good service and made the trip run so smoothly by arranging transport,hotels, and the extras such as an IC card and portable WiFi as well as the guided days makes me feel that the price paid is more than justified
