1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
A very well planned trip. The guides in Tokyo and Kyoto were very knowledgeable. The hotels that we stayed in were comfortable and well situated.

The first hotel in Tokyo The Gracery was a bit of a shock. The location was excellent but it had the feel of a backpacker’s hotel. The other hotels were fine.
