1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
My travel planner, Amy Tadehara, was exceptional. She was thorough, accommodating, knowledgable, pleasant, and easy to work with. When I needed help my first day in Japan, the local staff solved my problem. (I could not unlock my suitcase.) All the arrangements were as expected or exceeded expectations. As a very senior travel, I had some trepidation as I began the tour. As time went on I became more comfortable, knowing that everything was working out. Also, the guides were not only informative, but helpful in many ways. I enjoyed their company and wisdom.

Personally speaking, I was overwhelmed by the size and complexity of train stations. However, someone always stepped up to help me. I am so grateful to all those men and women whose names I do not know.

All three knew their areas and enriched my experience of Japanese history and culture. I enjoyed them all, but especially Guia Ishi and Junko Shinoda.

The detail of information in the Info-Pact which I used constantly. The suitability of the accommodations - each stay was better than the last, it seemed. The thoroughness of the information for the transfers between hotels. The guides for each of the areas were interesting and helpful.
