1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Excellent and very useful brochure sent before trip. We used this a lot. Everything was very well organised.Fantastic service from all our guides and drivers. All guides were friendly,approachable and extremely helpful and informative even about things that were not part of their remit. The suggested excursions and activities chosen gave us a real feel for Japan. ( Tea ceremony, Sumo in Tokyo,bike trip in Kyoto, cooking lesson,food tour in Osaka to name a few) We had a great experience on all forms of transportation. No issues with tickets or luggage transfer. Hotels were top class and well situated. Everything slotted together well. We were kept busy but had plenty of downtime for ourselves too. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Our best yet! Thank you. .
