1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
An excellent programme was put together, which really did cover everything we needed to know. The train tickets and WiFi devices were excellent in short, everything happened as it should have and it was a truly first class service.

Excellent for what we needed. The reservation system on trains was great. The tickets we received were all correct and our thanks to the Mamiko San for her efforts.

Excellent service, comprehensive programme, extremely useful guides and a feeling of a very personal experience being provided. For example, on arrive a bottle of gluten free soy sauce waiting for my wife, who has this condition.
