1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Andrew listened to our criteria and gave us an amazing trip. He gave us all the experiences that we requested and we felt that we were not rushed and the hotels were perfectly placed to give us the experiences we wanted.

Transport was excellent and Andrew organized the transport very well.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We had Ed in Tokyo. Unfortunately although he was affable he appeared to struggle in providing us with relevant information. I know that we did not require assistance to see Tokyo as we travel quite independently but we felt he was out of his depth. Patricia (Nagoya) and Guia (Kyoto) were interesting and did try to provide good tours but there was nothing in either tour which we could not have done ourselves. I guess we were looking for more in depth tours and being taken to places that are more unknown in each of the cities. Junko(Kyoto Geisha guide) was lovely and the tour worked well as there was enough information and walking within the Hour and a Half.

We enjoyed Japan but do not feel the need to travel there again however if we did I would use Inside Japan.
