1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
When I turned up at the airport hotel for my first night the wifi and train tickets were all waiting for me. Next day my half day tour guide showed up to the airport hotel and helped me by my subway pass and helped carry my luggage to the next hotel. Then we had a half day tour of Tokyo. All of the accommodation met my requirements and the food at the Onsens was very good. Both guides I had were very good and spoke English to a very high level. Both were quite knowledgeable about Japanese history.

The pack that was sent to me was very detailed and had good and easy to follow instructions on how to catch the trains and which subway lines were required.
