1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Pretty much everything was excellent, especially my 6 days of private guides. Hotels were great with some minor quibbles. Inclusions, such as receiving all my train and travel tickets were much appreciated.

Jarrod was great! As was every other Inside Japan contact I had, especially on the couple of occasions I wanted to contact someone whilst travelling.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Had one train trip Kyoto-Osaka that was difficult. I mostly forwarded my heavy luggage but on this occasion the taxi train taxi trip seemed easy enough. You had provided the ticket but there was some delay that morning and as a 72 y.o. I really struggled with my heavy suitcase in an absolutely packed train where I had to stand all the way.

My 96 page information pack, which I nicknamed The Bible was in constant use the whole time. My only criticism was that the stapled binding was NOT good and it started coming apart towards the end of the trip. Of course I had the emailed copy as a backup but the binding could be better.
