1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From our first inquiries and interactions with Andrew, we knew we had chosen the right company. We have always received prompt responses, complete information and welcome suggestions. In Japan, every single thing was seamless whether it was a car, guide, booking or activity - it all came together on time and exactly as planned. The itinerary was fantastic and respected the balance we wanted between independence and support.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The transport was great. When we travelled by train it was easy and comfortable. When we travelled by private car it was a little bit of luxury that we appreciated and our drivers were excellent.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We had 5 different guides - Ed Jones, Natsuko Shinkura, Hisa Matsuo, Guia Ishi and Takeshi Suzuki. Our absolute favourite was Natsuko who went out of her way to accommodate our needs and preferences. A special mention must be made of the driver, Jiro, who accompanied us with Natsuko. He was the warmest and most helpful man and a joy to be with. We also really appreciated Hisa and Takeshi.

The ability to have more independence and not be part of a group with set activities. We loved the support and the independence.
