1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
InsideJapan Tours were excellent throughout - responsive, flexible and knowledgeable both in the handling of our initial need to cancel plans due to the pandemic and then when we picked up those plans in due course.

Will was excellent - always prompt and understanding in responding to our questions, no matter how seemingly trivial, and clearly very knowledgeable of Japan and our itinerary.

Transport logistics were excellent throughout and we didn't have a single issue. The step-by-step guidance was particularly useful and gave us absolutely confidence as to where we needed to be when.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We had three guides during our trip - Ed Jones, Yann Kalliatakis and Mike Hira. Each was very individual in their approach, but all added huge value to our experience and understanding of the culture of Japan and come with the warmest recommendation.

The 'maybe' is no reflection on Japan, even less so InsideJapan - rather an understanding that to do justice to the country would require a much bigger investment of time (and money).
