1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Wow, wow, wow! I'm so very happy with everything regarding my trip. This started as just a thought and very quickly turned into the vacation adventure of a lifetime. The algorithm put your company in front of me so I thought let's see where this goes. Next thing I know I'm on the phone with Bobbi and we're making dreams reality.

2. Consultant name and satisfaction rating:
Bobbi was really instrumental in every aspect of the trip. He helped me identify the level of service I wanted and we captured my more specific interests. In a few days we had a draft itinerary that couldn't find fault in. He also made this all happen quickly as we only had a couple months to actually plan. It wasn't like a service at all. I felt like I was planning an elaborate trip with a great friend who just happened to be an expert on my destination.

All of them were awesome! Junya Nakamura and I will probably continue to stay in touch via Whatsapp. My time with him was a pure joy. I also want to call out Brandon Valenzuela. He helped me make a day in Kyoto that will stay with me for a long time. Both guides inside knowledge really helped too. Your using great people!
