1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Great service and attention to detail during our booking process through Aaron amd Leanne Rudd at Travel Counsellors. Once in Japan the local team worked hard when we needed them. A late flight arrival after storms affected flights was dealt with immediately we rang and emailed. A few teething problems at our first hotel were also dealt with so professionally. There was an issue when our Kyoto guide fell unwell the night before, however a replacement was found within hours and we had a great tour the following day. They arranged and paid for a birthday cake at our last Hotel and kept us fully updated as and when we needed. Aaron Will Jonathon Mayuki all take a bow.

Amazing transfer vehicles were spacious, immaculate on tine and super easy.

5. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Mike in Tokyo was superb we did a 360 degree tour of city with city, suburbs, shrines and shops with a cafe an lunch break as well . The boys loved chatting with him about Pokemon and arcade games. Selina in Kyoto Geisha your was informative and able to answer all our various questions about their life styles, training and roles in life. Kay in Hiroshima made the most of the day by taking us to Miyajima first and then into the peace dome along with all the memorials to those of all ages lost in and as a result of the horrific A bomb. Her knowledge was great and very useful. Adam on the Hungry food tour kept the conversation lively whilst we enjoyed a range of street based food at 5 locations. He had a great understanding of the city amd Japanese life . Finally Kiyoki who stepped in at a very last minute and with little knowledge of us created a trip up the valley Hugozawa river boat ride and train.
