1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
It was very good. We had mentioned that this trip was our honeymoon, and Inside Japan relayed that information to our hotels, as some of them had notes and gifts for us congratulating us on our nuptials and wishing us happily ever after. It was a sweet gesture that has become one of my favorite things about our trip.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The transport that was provided was pretty good and convenient. We were worried about our pickup after landing in NAR. The lines were long and going through customs was time consuming, so we worried about making that 90 minute window. There was no way of us to get a hold of green tomato and vise versa b/c I didn't have my ESIM setup at the time for texts/calls.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Absolutely loved it. Junko-san was amazing. I could have gone for another hour or two with her. She was fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really wanted more time to pick her brain on Japanese speaking skills.

We really like the convenience of the hotels, bullet trains,transport (to and from the hotel), and the guided tour. While we were there, we were able to figure out, that a lot of our events we wanted could have been purchased through booking.com or through Klook.
