1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Tristan was very attentive from the beginning and very helpful at the very end when we needed to change a pick up time. We had a fantastic time and Shikoku was our highlight alongside Japanese Gardens and the ‘Insiders’ who were delightful and very helpful.

Tristan listened made a specific itinerary to fit all 3 of us. He was patient and attentive. Furthermore he managed to help at 11pm Japanese time (when too late to contact anyone in Japan) to contact someone to change a pick up time the following the next am, giving us a much needed extra hr in bed!! Really felt he was with us.Thank you Tristan.

It was very helpful having tickets already given for our train journeys. It was also very clear. Being collected at the airport and taken was great. Thank you.
