1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our Trip was very enjoyable, a great mix of busy sightseeing days and more relaxing days - perfect for our family. We have already recommended Inside Japan to 2 other families and we can't wait to make another trip to Japan in the future.

Jenny was very helpful and knowledgeable during the panning phase, she took into account our specific interests and allowed a lot of flexibility in our plan for our family. She also did a great job of handing us off to a colleague to work with while she was on a vacation of her own.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
We had no issues with any of the pre-booked transportation. We did have to ask how to use the 2 separate tickets for the shinkansen, that could have been made more clear in the guide.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
All of our guides were phenomenal Our tour guide David in Tokyo did a great job answering patiently answering all our daughter's persistent questions. It was like her own private tour guide. Brandon in Kyoto and Osaka did a great job of tailoring the day around the things we still wanted to see in Japan. We did a lot of research before coming and we were still astonished about the cultural insight he provided - although we were slightly disappointed when we went to Nijo castle on the one day a week it was closed.

We loved planning with our travel agent and the trip was well planned out. I love that someone was able to put in the time and effort to put together a memorable family trip for us.
