1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
When planning the trip, I contacted six travel agents. Three responded and, based on discussions, Kahoru put together the most attractive itinerary for the trip. One point that also helped secure InsideJapan as our travel agent was the presence of a local office in Japan and 24 hr support. The itinerary provided the travel experience we were after.

The transport in some areas was expensive, but worthwhile over the alternatives. Having all the travel tickets available for the trains and ferries was very good. All transport was very clean and comfortable.

Both guides were excellent, catering to our requirements, answering all questions and providing interesting conversation in general.

It would depend on the nature of the trip and where the destination was. For the major cities, I am comfortable arranging my own travel. For more regional locations and cultural experiences, I would be happy to use InsideJapan Tours again.
