1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I provided a list of likes/dislikes and want to do/don't want to do items to my travel consultant. They created a trip that exactly met my expectations--one I could never have planned on my own. From the hotel selections to the private guides to the cities to visit, their choices exactly met our needs and wants. During the trip I e-mailed customer support with a few questions and got email responses very quickly. I highly recommend Inside Japan Tours for a customized travel experience.

I had three (which was a concern initially), but only talked to Bobbi just before and after the trip. Apparently Mary Dudley planned our great trip based on my likes/dislikes and preferences.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
It was so easy to have the Shinkansen tickets in hand with great seats already selected--way less stressful. The private drivers were excellent and we used Google Translate if we needed to communicate. We felt really bad that our last driver missed the turn to Narita Airport, resulting in a 20 minute delay. My husband was following along and said that the sign was confusing. We had plenty of time and hope he didn't feel bad about the error.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
All the guides were excellent and customized our stops based on our interests. We particularly enjoyed having a wood carver with translator in Inami since he could answer our detailed questions about the Temple. They managed the time very well and got us back exactly on time.

If we went back to Japan, I would definitely use Inside Japan. There are other destinations we want to visit. I have friends who will be traveling to Japan and have already recommended that they contact you.
