1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
This was our 2nd trip with Inside Japan and again we could not be more impressed with the high level of service provided. Both of our guides (Everet & Sasha were also fantastic). Everet’s interest in photography was a perfect match with Simon’s profession as a photographer.

Steph really listened to what we wanted and totally nailed accommodation recommendations. Also really appreciated the lovely note and bottle of local wine at our 1st accommodation.
