1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Quick response time, willing to adjust the itinerary, helpful with suggestions. Both before and during the tour I felt supported and prepared.

The taxi services were always professional and on time. Such a relief to see my name on a card!

AMAZING! Michael was a great companion to our 12 year old and totally aware of what the kids are doing these days! But he also had the type of historical and religious knowledge that my daughter and I like to hear. I felt it made my family more comfortable to be with an American who had such a vast knowledge of Japanese culture.
