1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Excellent. This time we did not have occasion to contact your office in Japan, as all the arrangements worked smoothly. Please could you pass on our thanks for the bottle of Japanese sparkling wine awaiting us on arrival as return visitors, a very nice touch.

Lily was excellent. She was very efficient and made some suggestions for things which we could not otherwise have known about, such as the Kamogawa Odori and the Minamikan Ryokan in Matsue with its beautiful room and in room private onsen.

The transport arrangements worked very satisfactorily. Lily kindly arranged train times so we could break our journey at Okayama to see Korakuen.

We did have professional guides last year who were both very good, but this year we were self guided.

We love travelling to Japan. This was our 4th visit (the first in 1990) and 3rd with inside Japan since 2019.
