1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The service from Inside Japan was excellent, well planned and ran beautifully. All arrangements worked out well and the instructions were easy to follow. The Wifi device was particularly good. I'm not sure that we would have managed so well without it. We had a fabulous holiday!

He was very helpful and reworked our tour a couple of times before we fixed it. He also sorted out new flights when we couldn't go via Dubai.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Fergal - very helpful and managed to work the day around to fit with my mobility issues. He also gave us his card in case we had a problem later in the holiday which I thought was outstanding. We also really enjoyed our evening with Paul although in retrospect it was a bit late in our trip
