1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Overall worked well with travel details. Some train delays were unnecessary. Waited twice for an hour when could have caught connecting train? Hotel accommodation: too small and next to lift (twice) and looked onto brick wall. Would have paid more for better accommodation. Tea tour very amateur and way too long. No one from car rental to pick us up from Ferry…had to translate to stranger to ring them.

As mentioned above about tea tour. Too long and not professional. Also very difficult to find. Photos outdated on lots of places.
