The travel arrangements and provision of appropriate accommodation and tickets was excellent as usual.

Claire was very organised and efficient and chose optimum times for rail travel between different locations. She is also very friendly and approachable.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
I like travelling with KLM. The flights leave and arrive between Manchester and Osaka, via Schipol at times which mean you only lose 1 night's sleep. The staff are very friendly and are willing to make a couple of cups of tea in the galley during the long flights, which keeps me functioning! There is food available from the galley throughout the flight and they don't mind my wandering around the plane every hour! It was a shock to discover that the shinkansen no longer offers a trolley service aboard their trains. You need to bring your own refreshments.
