1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Ana and the team were excellent incoming up with an itinerary for our 5 days. Every detail was carefully put together and the advice about getting a guide on Naoshima island was spot on. We could not have seen so much without that assistance. The hotels were great really great locations and very comfortable. The pack with all our tickets and a paper copy of our itinerary arrived as planned at our hotel - it made a big difference. Thank you.

Ana previously put an excellent itinerary together for me and my husband but unfortunately we were unable to complete that trip, so I had no hesitation in going back to Ana to help with this one.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Good. We had suitcase reservations to Osaka on the shinkansen however not on the return journey. Partly my fault I think Ana was trying to tell us to forward our cases, but we decided not to and so we didn’t have suitcase reservations when we should have. I should have made it clear to Ana that we had decided not to use luggage forwarding.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Osaka - Food guide in the evening a very nice guide, but we felt his passion was not food. He apparently does a lot of guiding - he showed us a couple of places but he could have been a bit more enthusiastic! Naoshima - excellent guide. Picked us up from the hotel and onto the fast boat to the island and was really organised with timings etc. So that we managed to see everything!
