1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The accommodations were all exactly what we asked for. The experiences were fun and exciting. The preplanned transit was easy and stress free. We loved having the wifi device and the translator.

Nishaat was wonderful and very helpful with all our plans and ideas as well as an unexpected health concern which required us to move the travel dates. I can't say enough good things about her.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
All the transport went very well except for a taxi driver taking us to the wrong train station one day that required some special effort. You might suggest the Go taxi app. Also, Uber worked well for us because we didn't have to translate the destination.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
The guide in Tokyo walked too much, required us to stand too much and when we complained she didn't seem to make any adjustments.
