1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We were recommended to Inside Japan Tours by friends and we were not disappointed. Even before making a firm booking we had an enjoyable face to face meeting with Ali who walked us through the proposed itinerary which was really helpful and brought the trip alive. The itinerary was well constructed and the logistics were perfect. We returned after one month having had a complete and rewarding Japanese experience.

Perfect - all ticketing and travel connections worked really well.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
All were very different - the best experience was with Kotoyo in Hakone. She was wonderfully prepared, lovely personality and great fun to be with. Keiko in Kyoto was less enthusiastic, more mechanical and behaved a little as though she has been guiding too long. Never the less we had an enjoyable day with her and she found us a delightful restaurant for lunch.
