1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From planning with Mark Johnson to the trip it met most of my expectations. Antonio French was exemplary. An amazing supported holiday, especially as I was single travelling. I really thought I experienced the culture of Japan, both in food, the choice of included meals and the suggestions when we were independent and all the sites we saw. Highlights being the skilled craft people: swords smiths, weavers of mother of pearl and box makers.

I can not praise Antonio enough. He was superb. The correct amount of support, but also helped me be independent. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always interesting, courteous, supportive, kind and patient. An asset to your team

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
See previous comments, Hakone accommodation staff at breakfast rude. Not sure if it was as I was single woman, but staff served all couples more attentively. Took everyone who arrived after me orders before mine and when ordered coffee, etc, had to ask so many times for it, whilst others it arrived immediately! Other single women had the same treatment both mornings. Mojo was amazing in the afternoon, evening.

Culturally fabulous. The two consecutive suppers at onsen a bit too much. Otherwise I loved it all
