1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had an amazing experience and Tecke our tour guide was phenomenal. We couldn’t fault the attention to detail and the how everything went so smoothly.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Tecke was gentle, kind and we all laughed at his “Please cooperate”, so he could be firm. He did not have an easy time with us, as some of the group were sick. He did a Stirling job. He herded us around and made sure we were at the right place at the right time. His wealth of local knowledge was immense and very interesting.

Archie tried to accommodate the extras we wanted very well. His advice with getting the continuous WIFI system worked really well. Our private guide was excellent .

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The Ryokan in the Japanese Alps was cold and we couldn’t figure out how the heating worked.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
It was great to go by all the local transport as it gave us an idea of the every day lives of the Japanese people. This factor was a very good one.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Most were very good especially the ones that Tecke encouraged us to try. There were a couple of meals in the Ryokan we did not enjoy .

We would like to go to other places in the world. But if the opportunity arose, I would not say no.
