1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
This was our first tour ever. We’ve traveled all over Europe on our own and worked in the Middle East for extended periods of time, but we'd never traveled in a group before we joined this tour. We loved the various cities and towns we visited along the way and found ourselves wanting to stay longer at each one of them, but the tour's fast pace allowed us to experience much more of Japan than we ourselves would have experienced on our own. It was a great introduction to the country, its people, and culture.

Brendan was amazing. He patiently answered our many questions and made himself available to help wherever and whenever needed. He explained the history and cultural significance of the various places we visited, displaying a genuine love of the country and its people. Moreover, his Japanese is excellent. We couldn't have asked for a more cheerful and competent tour leader.

Accommodations were just as they were described in the tour brochures and info pack.

Transport was varied and dependable.

The food was consistently excellent, but we especially enjoyed the meals offered at the temple lodging in Nagano and the ryokan in Takayama.
