1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The trip was very well planned, and all the connections, hotels and tour itself went very smoothly. The trip exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Inside Japan, and we will definitely use Inside Japan or Inside Asia for our future travel!

Fox was an amazing tour guide! He is a fun, kind person who really looked after our tour group, making sure peoples needs were met throughout the tour. He also has tremendous knowledge of Japanese culture that he shared with us throughout the trip. We would definitely like to have another tour with him at some point.

Amy was helpful in answering questions that we had prior to the trip, e.g., regarding medications that could be brought into Japan, hotel accommodations for feather- free pillows, etc.

The hotels were excellent and modern. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.We appreciated how every hotel accommodated our need for feather free rooms.

All drivers were excellent. They were on time and the vehicles were very clean and comfortable. The use of taxis for some transportation worked out well and the taxis were always on time. The trains were great and it was fun to experience the Shinkansen.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The variety of foods and quality offered was very good. Hotel breakfasts were wonderful. We will never forget the Kaiseki dinners at the Kinoseki Onsen.

Everything was arranged so well, and it was seamless, worry-free travel. We enjoyed the varied itinerary with a lot of art and culture, super accommodations and food, and a world class tour guide.
