Everything from the initial intake, follow up questions, delivery and information contained in the Info Pack, our tour guide, Zach, and the adventures chosen in Japan far exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful!

Zach was extraordinary. Very knowledgeable, passionate, funny, attentive to our individual needs, and entertaining. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. It was an added bonus that he spoke English as well as flawless Japanese.

I loved the variety of transport but the bullet train was a real treat!

The meals were delicious. Varied but all delicious. It would have been nice to go to a whiskey/sake bar to experience different flavors.
