1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Ana was prompt with replying to my emails. Anything she wasn’t sure on she’d find out for me. She always kept me up to date with what I needed to do. Patrick, our guide, was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and nothing was too much bother. The itinerary was fantastic. I tried 3 onsens. Loved meeting the geisha. The food in Osaka was amazing. All the hotels were comfortable.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Patrick was very helpful. When I needed to see a doctor we went to 3 medical centres before I was seen by a doctor. This took a couple of hours but Patrick was very patient. At the end of the trip Patrick showed me what train to take and explained everything very simply. He frequently asked if I was happy with my vegetarian food and made recommendations where and what to eat.

Prompt replies to my emails. Answered any questions I had. Kept me up to date with things I needed to do.

Loved the toilets! Accomodation in Tokyo was nice and central. Great locations.

Delicious food. Patrick went out of his way to cater for my vegetarian diet. Buffet breakfasts were good. Especially in the two Tokyo hotels.

Good sized group. Good itinerary. Well organised. Pick up and drop off service was a bonus.
