1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The service was really impressive - from the outset Mark was very helpful, answering my questions promptly - even specific ones such as whether we'd be able to participate in a ParkRun in Tokyo on either Saturday. Savannah our Tour Leader was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining, really well-organized and as one fellow group member said, she was the glue that held us all together! The group were amazing too - everyone gelled really well.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
As per my comments in the above form, I was a bit disappointed with the early hotels. The rooms were too small and cramped and the breakfasts weren't great.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Savannah was super-organized and always got us everywhere on time and as planned so the transport ran smoothly. It was a bit confusing knowing what was going on at times with our bags and it helped to have the arrangements for the days broken down into three handouts as there would have been information overload...

The meals included in the tours were very good.
