1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From the moment I contacted Inside Japan and spoke to Mark, I felt excited and confident to book my Must See Japan trip. Mark was a font of knowledge and always prompt to reply to any queries. From being met at Haneda airport and throughout the tour, I felt excited and well looked after by Akemi, who is a credit to Inside Japan. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and lovely.
