1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Antonio was the consummate tour director. He was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. He was always addressing each sbd everyone’s needs in a timely fashion Abd haggling conflicts with grace as changes presented themselves. Not only was he an excellent guide, he proved himself to be an extra human being.
