1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
This was an excellent experience throughout. I very rarely go on trips abroad, but this tour was worth it! A great mix of history, culture and modern living experience, directed by a brilliant tour leader - everything I could have hoped for, and more.

The transport was excellent - the trains were as punctual as their reputation suggests, and even with my occasional history of travel sickness I never once had an issue throughout

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
All the included meals were excellent! As a vegetarian, I had somewhat more trouble finding suitable meals outside of these - however, our tour leader Antonio was very helpful with this, and it all worked out well in the end

I've had an excellent experience working with Inside Japan, and have no reason not to expect a repeat performance if/when I eventually decide on another trip
