1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Service from Inside Japan was excellent, from arranging an extra ‘rest’ day at the beginning of the tour to suggestions to fill water bottles from taps (to reduce plastic waste). The itinerary covered exactly what we hoped to experience, the guide made the itinerary unfold seamlessly, our fellow travelers were congenial and punctuational, and the weather was perfect until the last day -who could ask for more? The itinerary immersed us in so many different aspects of Japan, from different styles of accommodations and restaurants, means of travel, to cities and small towns. And we appreciated the focus on less-crowded attractions, especially in Kyoto. The three ‘hikes’ were especially appreciated.

Nick was able to explain so much of what we were seeing, from history to current events, in a concise and, yet, highly informative manner. Being a volunteer guide for a local National Heritage Area in Colorado, I (Robert) especially appreciated this skill. He did not talk our ears off, but conveyed so much information in a relaxed and engaging manner.
