1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had numerous queries which were all answered very quickly and efficiently.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Hanan our tour guide/friend was absolutely amazing. She eats sleeps and drinks Japan with a deep and broad understanding of this amazing country. She gave detailed background information for each site/place we visited explaining traditions customs etiquettes etc. Although we were a group of 16 from different parts of the world, she made sure the needs of each member of the group were met. My wife is vegetarian and she ensured we found somewhere suitable as vegetarian food is not readily available. We all felt we were with a friend/family member who was taking us on a trip across Japan - the itinerary was simply a framework because she added so many more places to see & visit enriching our tour! Even on our free days we happily agreed to her suggestions of seeing more of of the country. Navigating the train network in Japan can be overwhelming and with military precision she negotiated our way to numerous changes including changing up to 6 trains one day without any difficulty. On timing she set us a challenge which we all rose to so that we could get the most out of our day. Her planning and attention to detail is faultless and throughout the whole she always had a big smile! Her enthusiasm is infectious! At each town we tasted the local dish and during our train journeys on the ”bullet train” we were treated to a taste of the dessert from the town/city we had left. We all became friends during the 11 days guided by an amazing friend/family member (and guide), Hanan. Thank you Hanan for making our trip truly memorable!

3. Consultant name and satisfaction rating:
Tristan Fleming&8209Froy (our consultant) was very helpful dealing with all our queries in a fast and efficient manner. His extensive knowledge of Japan helped us decide which tour to opt for. We experienced some difficulties in booking flights after the war in the Middle East broke out necessitating cancellation of our existing booking and making alternative arrangements. He advised us on possible routes taking into account our special requirements. Thank you Tristan.

All the hotels were centrally located and the homestead in Hakone was very comfortable.

We experienced a range of different trains, buses and taxis.

Please see our earlier comments. The meals included were good taking into account my wife's needs.
