1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Simply the best trip I have ever taken. Loved every minute of it. I was worried that travelling on my own I would feel a little isolated. This couldn't be further from the truth. All of my fellow travellers on the tour were friendly and kind. I think the fact we were a small group of 7 helped us to bond quickly. I had so much fun and am now looking forward to a return trip in the future.

Sophia was a brilliant tour leader. She made our holiday extra special. Aswell as being thoughtful and kind she was a mine of information about modern day Japan plus the history of Japan and it's people. Thank so much Sophia x

Tristam was amazing from my initial enquiries, many, many enquiries! Through to booking and helping me with nightmare air travel problems (cancelled flights and closed airports due to weather conditions in Amsterdam.) I can't thank him enough for being a calm voice on the phone when I needed it most. And thank-you too Tristam, for helping me with my insurance claim after returning to the UK.
