1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The credit for the wonderful tour all goes to Kinga, she was magnificent! The hotels and ryokans were in excellent locations and superb quality. This was my first tour group and I was nervous but my expectations were exceeded.

She made the tour she was superior to the local tour guide (who was nice) but she is exceptional. She went out of her way to ensure everyone was happy and found places/items not on the tour when people asked such as knife shops, sushi, massage, etc..
