1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We were both happy with how many places we got to see and how with the efficiency and kindness of our tour guide.

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
We really enjoyed the ryokan. Although the five star hotels were nice, we don't really need anything that fancy, personally.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
We both enjoyed the fact that much of the transportation was public transport. We didn't want to be on a big tour bus day after day.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
We weren't really expecting to be huge fans of the food however, the lack of cooked fish and the amount of shashimi was not so good. We don't eat much meat (including fish), but we will eat it while traveling in order to have the full experience. That's why we didn't mark vegetarian for food choice. However, two weeks of raw fish and cold noodles got old.

We really enjoyed everything (other than some of the food) about our tour. The guide was great, the group was super, and the schedule was just right. The balance of group activities and free time was excellent. However, after traveling to Japan, we feel that we might be able to navigate it ourselves.
