1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our experience in Japan was absolutely incredible. The itinerary was perfectly designed to show us the many faces of the country, from the neon energy of Tokyo to the traditional charm of the tatami mats and onsens in Hakone, the history of Hiroshima, and the foodie paradise of Osaka. It was a fast-paced trip, but that allowed us to see so much in a short amount of time. We also loved the social aspect of the small group we met some wonderful people from all over the world, which made the journey even more special.

Hanan was an absolute superstar and truly made our trip. Her logistical skills were mind-blowing, managing a group through some days that required six different train transfers without a single hitch. She was incredibly informative, kind, and generous with her knowledge. She went out of her way to ensure we had amazing local food and taught us so much about Japanese culture and etiquette. We felt completely taken care of and very lucky to have her as our guide.
