1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our tour guide Hannan was AMAZING, simply outstanding in every way. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable in Japanese history, culture, food and people, she was also such a kind person and very fun too. Hannan is also very well organized and detail oriented which made everything go smoothly and without a hitch. Our security was always at the top of her mind. She made sure we made the best use of our time and saw everything we could. She has soooo much energy and was always ready to show us more. The tour is well designed for you to really get a great picture of Japan and the group size was just right. I would happily do any of the other tours this company offers and will be sure to book with Inside Japan if I go back to Japan.
