1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The Spring Elegance tour was as expected. Communication with Boulder office was poor. The service provided by group leader Akemi Nozawa was exceptional.

Akemi Nozawa is a gem. Her charm, her personality, her organization, her knowledge, her intelligence made this trip great. Her willingness to be helpful, how seriously she took care of everyone in our group, helping with directions during free time, advice on where to go and what to do, making reservations and inquiries on our behalf - went above and beyond my expectation. Her availability was not only a comfort, it was a lifeline. She went out of her way with ease and good humor throughout the trip. Akemi is supremely competent. I can say with confidence that she is the best tour leader I’ve experienced.

3. Consultant name and satisfaction rating:
Initial communication with Boulder office was good. After the initial deposit was made, emails went unreturned for many days. Subsequent calls for information about final payment due date were met with apologies and excuses that people I emailed were “traveling” and would get back to me upon return. They never responded. Final payment otificstion came on the due date with threatening language if payment was not made that day, Trip documents and were sent to my home even though I informed Boulder office that I would be out of the country. I received no voucher for ground transport from NRT to hotel. Overall, communication with the Boulder office was sloppy and careless.
