Snowshoe & fondue
Snowshoe across pristine white snow, see wild foxes & snow rabbits, then eat chocolate fondue served with hot spiced wine. What could be better than that?!
There are various snowshoe tours that we can arrange in Hakuba but this is by far our favourite. You will set off with your guide in your snowshoes under the stars through woodland tracks where you can often spot wild badgers, rabbits, foxes, mink and mountain goats. After building up an appetite you will take the load off your legs for a while and enjoy a chocolate fondue and spice wine out in the elements before heading back towards Hakuba village.
