Everything worked very well and we felt sure we would have help if we needed it - but it was so well set up we didn't need any.

It was Japan - everything worked beautifully! And we are public transport uses at home so it was ideal.

The country is fascinating and we felt welcome. It is different from the UK and I am not brave enough to try travelling independently there!
