1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From the beginning, the level of service and attention were commendable. In Japan, every experience delivered as promised and in many cases more. Our tour of the Nishiki market in Kyoto stands out as particularly notable for the quality of the guide and the detail in the tour.

It was a great relief and added to the stress-free quality of our trip to have all the internal transport (especially drivers to meet us at our various destinations).

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Tokyo was good but was rushed - because of trying the crowds. Kyoto was very goo. Our guide (in spite of the rain) blended the well-known with then a much less visited are. This gave us time to relax and talk without having to worry about keep moving crowds. The tour of the Nishiki market as I mentioned above was outstanding. The guide was very well-informed and also very attentive to the particular interests of our small group which allow for an experience that spoke to personal interests very well.

Having had a taste of Japan and a better knowledge of what there is to be done, we would like to focus on things that completely meet out interests and, perhaps, would be better managed by a self-directed tour.
