1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
In general, very well organised and well received through out, the only place where we felt could have better planned was in Kyoto, at the Good Nature Hotel, whereby when we got there at the hotel,we had to wait for about 2-3 hours before we got the rooms, had we known that we could have left Osaka later so just in time for checkin. This we were not happy. Rest all were excellent

Dan, was very accoomodating and did his best to fit everything we wanted, he was also prompt except when he was away on holiday and could not reach anyone to book, but once he was back, he was on top of everything with clear and detail feedback and whatever he promised was delivered.
