1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
As first time travelers to Japan, we found insideJapan Tours to be particularly helpful with arranging the logistics and transportation aspects of our trip. Navigating train travel can be challenging and having that arranged for us in advance made traveling far less stressful.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Two of our three guides were excellent in terms of their knowledge of the cultural sites, but lacked a personal touch and also seemed intent on packing in as much as possible into a single day, which wasn’t necessarily what we wanted to do. The third guide (in Tokyo) was more sensitive to our needs and more approachable.
