1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
From our first enquiry, through all the Kyushu trip planning to the final details just before departure, Ali was excellent throughout in putting together another wonderful holiday for us in Japan. Having previously travelled with Inside Japan, we had full confidence that everything would go smoothly, and so were able to relax and enjoy every day of our Kyushu adventure knowing that we could absolutely rely on all the varied travel arrangements, choice of accommodation, day trips and restaurant suggestions for each destination along the well thought out route. And so we had another fabulous time in Japan - thank you so much!

Ali was responsive to all our queries about the trip, and quick to help us with amended taxi transfers when our independently booked flights all had to be rearranged due to the crisis in the Middle East.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
All the train travel worked smoothly and all taxi transfers were on time. Both hire car bookings worked fine, and we managed well with driving ourselves around Kyushu despite some slightly scary moments getting to grips with the sat nav!

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We enjoyed our day learning about tea growing in the Nagasaki region with Ikedoki Tea Tour, and our Dutch hostess was extremely welcoming, kind and knowledgeable - however, the travel there and back and the in depth tour itself did take up the entire day, and we might have preferred a shorter trip there as there was more to see in Nagasaki.
